My Story......

After competing on MasterChef series 15 (2019) and winning a coveted MasterChef apron I am now a full-time professional chef running a small family business. Cooking has been my passion from an early age and I am finally fulfilling my dream.

A husband and wife team, we offer you a memorable Bespoke Dining Experience bringing the restaurant experience into the comfort of your home and creating a personalised menu for your occasion, cooking for your guests while you relax and enjoy your evening. The best part, no shopping, no prepping, no cooking, no designated driver needed and we will leave your kitchen exactly as we found it!

I am proud and honoured to have cooked for Sir Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster, Sir Alan Sugar, author Ken Follet and the fabulous Luisa Zissman!

About Us....

Our Bespoke Dining Experience offers you a memorable Bespoke Dining Experience. Bringing all the equipment needed Gordon will cook for you while you relax and fully enjoy the occasion with your guests. Gordon will create exceptional dishes for you using the highest quality produce available supporting our local suppliers like Priors Hall Farm in Lindsell and fish direct from Billingsgate via Fishy Business, Upminster.

For larger guest numbers and a more informal or party vibe we have our Bespoke Dining Canape Style and Bowl Food Experiences.

For the warmer months we offer our Bespoke BBQ Experience specialising in unique BBQ’s ‘with a difference’. We offer a variety of Fish, Crustacean, Meat and Poultry as well as tailored dishes for any Special Dietary requirements all cooked on the BBQ for your occasion whether it be a large gathering or an intimate dinner party.

For larger numbers or party vibes we have our Bespoke BBQ Canape Style Experience.

With our Bespoke Menus everything that we do is hand prepared individually just for your menu and we will work with you to achieve exactly what you want. We have an extensive menu for you to choose from and we can always accommodate any favourites that you may have.

If you prefer you can have a chat with Gordon to discuss the sort of food that you enjoy and how you envisage your event or celebration will be and he will gladly suggest some personal ideas for your perfect menu.

Whichever Experience that you choose we guarantee that you will receive the same personal and professional service from us choosing your menu, organising for your occasion and the smooth service that we will provide on the day until we disappear as if we were never there!
