What services do you offer?

We offer our  Bespoke Dining Experience, our Bespoke Dining Canape Style and Bowl Food menus for larger guest numbers and in the warmer months our Bespoke BBQ Experience and our Bespoke BBQ Canape Style menu also for larger guest numbers. Each Experience has an extensive menu for you to choose from. We can also offer a Bespoke Dining Delivery and  Bespoke BBQ Delivery subject to our availability.

Tell me about your Bespoke Dining Experience?

We will arrive at your house with all the equipment needed, to cook for you and your guests while you relax and fully enjoy the occasion with them. Gordon will create exceptional dishes for you using the highest quality fresh produce available and supporting our local suppliers.
 
We have an extensive menu for you to choose from and we can always accommodate any favourites that you may have. As we offer Bespoke menus everything that we do is hand prepared individually just for your menu and we will work with you to achieve exactly what you want.

Tell me about your Bespoke Dining Canape Style?

Our Bespoke Dining Experience Canape Style menu offers you some exciting and unique dishes without the need for crockery, cutlery and guests sitting down to eat. All our dishes are nicely presented on boards and are served to your guests, dish by dish over a couple of hours by our waitresses whilst they are all enjoying a drink and a chat. It creates a more informal ‘vibe’ and is particularly good for larger numbers.

Tell me about your Bespoke Dining Experience Bowl Food?

Our Bespoke Dining Experience Bowl Food menu is perfect for larger numbers if you want a more informal vibe and do not want your guests to have a formal sit down or have the room but would like something more substantial for them. This experience requires waitress service according to your guest numbers who will serve all 3 courses, canapé's, bowl food and dessert cups to your guests whilst they and you relax and enjoy the party.

Requires a minimum of 30 guests, but sometimes we can accommodate smaller so please always ask.

Tell me about your Bespoke BBQ Experience?

We also specialise in a unique BBQ ‘with a difference’. With our Bespoke BBQ Experience we offer a variety of Fish, Crustacean, Meat and Poultry as well as tailored dishes for any Special Dietary requirements all cooked on the BBQ for your party or even for an intimate dinner party.
 
Unlike your ‘usual’ BBQ we serve 3 courses, appetisers, mains, finished with desserts and you can choose as many dishes as you would like on each course so there are lots of options for you. We like your guests to ‘graze’ through the afternoon/evening so that they can appreciate and enjoy each dish that you choose. The best part, no shopping, no prepping, no cooking! For up to 50 guests.

This is particularly good for larger numbers. It is perfect for a garden party or if you just want to create a more informal ‘vibe’. We will prepare your menu to the last detail, everything is still handmade prepared just for you and is delivered ready for you to serve, simply put together or just finish off cooking so that you can still enjoy excellent, restaurant quality food in your home.
 
Whether it is a celebration or an excuse to treat yourself or catch up with friends or family, this experience removes all the hard work required to entertain and we will also supply you with full and simple instructions, a menu for your table and if needed a photo to show you how to serve each dish up as Gordon would.

Tell me about your Bespoke BBQ Delivery?

For the BBQ enthusiasts we can also offer a Bespoke BBQ Delivery Experience. We will deliver your full chosen menu including Appetisers and Mains with Sides and Salads and also Desserts for you to host your own perfect BBQ.
 
We will do all the hard work for you including marinating the meat and fish and preparing it ready for you to finish off on your BBQ. No shopping, No prepping No marinating, just cook, serve and enjoy.
 
All meats and fish will arrive ‘vac packed’, prepared and in their marinade ready to go straight into the fridge, salads and sides prepared for you to simply put together and your desserts ready to serve.

Do I need a waitress?

Accepted Answer

Should your numbers require, we will provide you with waitresses for your event. For a Bespoke Dining Experience we recommend a waitress with 10+ guests and a Bespoke BBQ Experience with 20+ guests. Our Bespoke Dining Canape Style and Bowl Food Experience's and our Bespoke BBQ Canape Style Experience all require waitresses.

Question 10

What if I do not have enough crockery and cutlery?

Accepted Answer

No problem. With our Bespoke Dining Experience we provide crockery for each course leaving you to dress your table and provide your own cutlery. With our Bespoke Bowl Food menu we provide white bowls and cutlery.  Should you require for your Bespoke BBQ Experience we can provide white crockery and cutlery for a nominal cleaning charge. Our Bespoke Dining Canape Style and Bespoke BBQ Canape Style Experiences do not need crockery or cutlery.

Question 11

Can you cater for allergies or special dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can. If there are any allergies or intolerances, vegans, vegetarians or special dietary restrictions, please just let us know when choosing your menu so that we can work with these in mind, we can cater for all.

Question 12

How do I make a booking?

Accepted Answer

If you think you might like to make a booking all you need to do is fill in our contact form and let us know:
 
- Which menu(s) you would like. 
- Where you are based.
- How many guests.
- Your preferred date.
-How you heard about us.

We will send you our menu along with pricing, email us your perfect menu and we will send you a personal no obligation quotation.
 
Don’t forget if you prefer to have a chat with Gordon to discuss a menu, that is no problem at all.  Just call us or contact us via our website or social media.

What if I have a date in mind?

If you do have a specific date in mind, please feel free let us know so we can check our availability and pencil you into our diary to save disappointment later.

What are your costs?

Once we receive your menu choice, we can give you a no obligation quotation. All events are bespoke and individually priced dependent on your precise requirements. We can work together to achieve exactly what you want.

Question 15

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm your booking and the full remaining balance will be payable on 3 weeks prior to the event date. If your event is less than 1 month, we require full payment to confirm your booking.

Question 16

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We offer free delivery within 5 miles of CM22 7RW on all our home delivery services. Some services have minimum orders and if you live over 6 miles, please contact us direct as we might still be able to deliver to you.
